I also decided not to post the recipe from the cookbook because…well…I really didn’t use it. hehehe
Paleo Fried Chicken:
2 tbl coconut oil ( or however much you think is needed)
2 large eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon (or more depending on what you think) of house seasoning (recipe follows)
Chicken. (breasts, thighs, drumsticks, whatever you like)
Heat oil. Whisk them eggs. Mix that almond flour and seasoning together. Dip chicken in egg, then a.flour. Put in pan and let sizzle and saute for about 2-3 minutes. Until it’s goldeny brown. Flip and do the same. Heat your oven to 400. Put the chicken pieces on a foil lined baking sheet and bake em for 10-15 minutes. Not sure its done? Cut it and see if its pink. If its pink bake it longer. If its white you are good to go. Now eat it and tell me if that aint the most deeeelicious paleo fried chicken you ever did try.

This makes a lot. So….if you’re not looking for a lot then just eyeball mix it. But I swear by this seasoning. I put it on EVERYTHING.

1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
